What program do you use for mixing? Frankly speaking, you have big volume difference (volume gap!) between microphon and songs. And I really know that it (mic) was very close to your mouth during recording. That's not good. Try to speak not loud and with sufficient distance from microphone, then normolaize micrec file, and mix with song.

thanks
I used Garage Band for the Music (the sound gap is because if the mic and the music where the same volume the music would be REALLy LOUD
For the Microphone I used My Cell Phone and a Camera ( Ijust cut the Graphics)

I know nothing about "Garage Band". I use special creative mixiers or "Wave Lab". Can you change volume of PCM file in this program and do normolizing?I said that you can adjust volumes in your program separately. (for the best result) Then mix (glue) files to make one long PCM file. Then you can convert it to whatever you need. Hey Simba, I wanna ask you a question... "The Lion sleeps Tonight" in your podcast - who is the artist?

Dunno what my band use but we dont believe in mixing for the band at least cos you dont get a true sound of what the band sounds like so we do everything live and then leave it #we do slight mixing in pro tool and something else we take away fuzzz and noise interferance but thats it really
