The 1st Annual "Artists for Eco-Access" Benefit will be presented October 16th at The Duke on 42nd Street (229 West 42nd Street). The fundraiser will feature cast members from the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical, THE LION KING performing original and traditional works, including some South African music. Slated to perform are Tshidi Manye (Rafiki), Josh Tower (Simba), Alex de Castro (Young Nala), Ashley Renee Jordan (Young Nala), JJ Singleton (Young Simba), Justin Martin (Young Simba), Sheryl McCallum (Ensemble), Cornelius Jones Jr. (Ensemble), Ray Mercer (Ensemble), Brandon O'Neal (Ensemble), Kristina Bethel (Ensemble), Kenny Williams (Ensemble), Rema Webb (Ensemble), Ryan Brook-Taylor (Ensemble), Gabriel Croom (Ensemble) and more. Proceeds from the evening will benefit Eco-Access in South Africa, a non-profit organization devoted to ensuring disabled people have access to nature.
