Dislikes: Taking orders, traditional concepts of right and wrong, anything that gets in the way of his pursuit of power
Personality: Weisheng, or Sheng for short, is a arrogant and highly confident Tiger who can be extremely subtle and patient, or amazingly reckless. He is very persuasive and highly intelligent, a good speaker and liar. He is ruthless in his pursuit of power, and will do anything to get and keep power and respect.
History: My name is Weisheng. I was born twenty-six years ago, in the Kim-Sung Valley. My parents both fell victim to disease not long after my birth. I was taken to a orphanage, where I lived for many years of my early life. Life at the orphanage was good at first, I had friends, I learned and mastered the history of China, and I learned how to be a healer. All that changed when I hit my thirteenth birthday. I began to be bullied, day in and day out. I could never get a moments peace. Things just got worse as time went on, and my teachers refused to believe that I was being bullied. Three years went by, of me being humiliated again and again, until I finally had enough. On the day of my Sixteenth birthday, I killed two of my tormentors, and broke both arms and legs of another. The rest feared me and fled.
I knew I could not stay in the Orphanage any longer, especially not since the master of the nearby Temple, a Panther named Yi-Shan, had sent his most promising students to bring me in to answer for my ’crimes’. [Ironic that one can be pushed to his breaking point and the law will not protect him, but when one tries to defend himself the law attempts to put him down.] Naturally, I fled to the only safe place for me: The Alkaline Flats. There I met a exiled Kung-Fu Master. I pleaded my case to him, and asked that he teach me to defend myself better. He agreed, and trained me in the Tiger style of fighting. I mastered the style in just under seven years. After I had mastered the style and my master refused to teach me how to perform nerve attacks, or anything further for that matter, I began to suspect that he was holding me back. In the dead of night, I went through his journal, and found that my suspicions were correct. He believed that I was ‘slowly going mad’ on a ‘quest for vengeance and power’. Of course, I was infuriated that he could have used such pathetic excuses to justify holding me back. I took his life in the dead of night, along with everyone in the small community nearby. [To insure that no-one would know I was responsible for his death.]
With that done, I fled to the fabled Valley of Peace. I adopted the name ’Li’ and the guise of a scholar, and settled within the Village, in a house on the bank of the river. Within a month, I had made contact with the local criminal factions. It took some convincing, and a substantial amount of agonizing pain inflicted upon their leaders, but I was able to wrest control of two decent-sized bands of bandits. After that, I began to plot how to gain enough power to protect myself forever. I finally decided that the only way to do that would be to steal the Dragon Scroll from the Jade Palace. I carefully laid plans, made a detailed map of the Jade Palace and it’s surroundings, and even devised a method to knock out everyone in the Palace with little effort. [By poisoning their tea supplies with a herb that induces a short-term coma] And much to my benefit, I discovered that I had a brother! While I do not know his name, I know that he is a Kung-Fu master, and is hiding within the Valley of Peace. If I can find him and convince him to join me, I will have no problems at all taking the scroll for myself!
However, a massive problem recently presented itself that may force a change in my plans. A overstuffed Panda by the name of Po has been chosen as the Dragon Warrior. To make matters even worse, it appears that the lardball is actually capable of fighting, as he defeated Tai Lung! Hopefully, he will pass out along with all the others once I poison the tea supply… Though I may have to poison their other foodstuffs as well, to ensure that my men have no resistance to fight through. However, all this will be folly if the Dragon Scroll has been moved, as my men won’t have time enough to search the entire palace for the scroll. The poisoned members of the Palace will only be in a coma for three or so hours, not nearly enough to conduct a full-scale and in-depth search. Unless we kill everyone at the Palace…
Weapons: A massive great sword [The one in his pic] that is said to be imbued with the spirit of a Dragon. The blade will smash through nearly anything. It is heavy enough that even if it doesn’t cut through a target, the impact alone will cause great damage.
Abilities: Very strong and agile, with great endurance. Highly intelligent, able to think his way out of many situations and to turn a disadvantage into a advantage.
Fighting style: Fast and powerful. He believes that a good offence is the best defense, and therefore he focuses more on attacks and counterattacks than on purely defensive moves.
Strengths: Once he gets momentum built up, he’s borderline impossible to stop. He’ll simply bash apart most foes, especially the ones who attempt to block his attacks. His physical endurance allows him to take incredible damage before going down.
Weaknesses: His greatest strength is his weakness. He has a amazingly powerful offence, but that means his defensive skills leave much to be desired. Basically, he can’t block any high-level attacks without suffering at least a little injury.
