I just wanted to make a statement for all members of the board. I encourage you all to read this, and consider what it says.
One of the main concerns of the staff at TLKP Forum is to make this a safe place for everyone. While we want everyone to have fun and make friends, sometimes the staff also has to make hard decisions. The board rules are very clearly stated. So are the consequences. We usually overlook a lot before actually acting on enforcing those rules. But, the rules are there for everyone's safety. We must consider that although the ProBoards TOS prohibit children under 13 from joining, that there are almost certainly kids that are lying about their age to skirt the rules. While we will delete those accounts if we ever find out, we must tread with caution. We must always assume that everything we do or say is being seen by some innocent eyes, especially since this is a Disney themed forum. In light of that, we cannot tolerate anything, on the boards OR in chat, that could be taken badly.
We also want everyone to get along. When battles between members break out on the board, we have to do the best we can to patch up the situation.
But everyone here can do their part. As well as following the rules, there are ways YOU can help.
Lastly, please remember that any negative decisions we make are with a heavy heart. Taking action hurts us...all of us consider members to be family. But, remember that the good and safety of the forum as a whole must come before hurt feelings.

- Be watchful. If you see something going on in chat or on the board that violates the ProBoards Terms of Service (TOS), or our own forum rules, please alert the admin or a mod immediately.
- If you see a fight going on between members either on the board or in chat, do not get involved (other than to report it to an admin/mod.).
- Sometimes things will happen that require disciplinary action, which includes but is not limited to a warning, changes in member status or to their profile, a temporarily suspended account, deletion of an account, or perma-banning all together, and/or direct mod intervention. Please realize we do these things for a reason, and in the best interests of the forum's community as a whole, not for the single member, or minority. That being said, what needs to be done will be done. In the interest of public well being, we can't afford to coddle offenders, no matter who he/she is.
- In the event of a dissagreement, spamming, trolling, flaming, arguement, possible flame war, or anything else like that, please make it a point to PM a mod/the admin immediately, with a copy of what the cause of a problem is, and a link to the thread, where the offending material can be found. Though we do our best to keep everything locked down, something small (which might end up being more problematic in the future) will invariably slip through. During these moments, we would greatly appreciate your help/cooperation.
Lastly, please remember that any negative decisions we make are with a heavy heart. Taking action hurts us...all of us consider members to be family. But, remember that the good and safety of the forum as a whole must come before hurt feelings.
