Height: 5Ft 10In

Appearance: [Note: Will change this pic if I find one that I like more.]
Personality: Cold, Caustic, Brutal. These are all words that could easily describe Yi Shan's personality. But he wasn't always this way. In former years, before the battle of Kim-Sung Valley, he was very warm and compassionate, and was a much-loved teacher. But those traits are buried deep within him now...
History: Yi Shan was born and raised to be a Warrior. When he reached the age of 22, he was already a Master. He was given leadership of his own Sanctuary, a quaint place nestled within the Kim-Sung Valley. A year passed, and he was in love with the territory. On the one-year anniversary of his Master-ship, a Villager brought a small, orphaned tiger cub, a newborn, to the Sanctuary. Yi Shan took the cub in himself, naming the boy Jiang Kapono.
He raised Jiang like his own son, and in a way, Jiang was his son. Over the years, their bond grew more and more powerful, to the point where it was said that they could read each other's minds. [Which is, of course, ridiculous]
Yi Shan was immensly proud of his adopted son. He became even prouder when Jiang became the youngest Battle-Master in the history of all the Sanctuaries, at the age of Eighteen.
However, before celebrations could begin, Yi Shan made a mistake. A Sacred scroll that his Sanctuary had been keeping was stolen. It was made to look like one of his warriors had taken it. Yi Shan vigourously defended his Warriors against a council of the other Sanctuaries. Finally, tired of the other Masters arrogance and self-rightouesness, Yi Shan refused to acknowedge their authority, and seperated his Order from them.
That was a terrible mistake, as he now readily admits.
That choice brought a army of their finest warriors down on the Kim-Sung Valley. He was so busy evacuating his Warriors and Scribes, that he did not realize that Jiang had gathered some of his friends and gone to the pass, to attempt to hold off the invaders.
He knew there was no way to help his son or his son's friends, so he left with the very last group of escaping Monks.
Several months later, he received disinformation telling him that Jiang was tortured to death in a humiliating public execution, along with everyone else in Jiang's party. Yi Shan, shattered to his core by the news, ordered his remaining warriors to scatter, and await the day that he calls them forth to slay the cruel Masters that [supposedly] took his son's life.
Yi Shan now resides in a mountain fortress, sitting atop Dragon Peak, where a army of guards protects him... And, ironically, the very same scroll his Order was accused of stealing. [He found and recovered the scroll a year after the battle at Kim-Sung Valley.]
Weapons: His preferred weapon is a Dai-Katana. The heavy bladed weapon cleaves through nearly anything with little effort, and his deadly skills with the weapon have left entire armies decimated. He is also extremely proficent with spears and bows.
