Sauda padded through the lush lands that she had stepped paw in earlier that morning. It was getting to be very hot, seeing as the sun was reaching to be high in the sky. She needed to find shade, her black fur was like a magnet to the sun, she felt weak and thirsty. She had no idea where she was at all, and there was a chance she could get ambushed. Sure, she had been taught the basics of fighting by her old pride. But she wasn't that well trained. Seeing as she was the princess to the Enzi lands, she was to be protected and not be a major part in battles. And she hadn't thought about that when she had fled her homelands and escape her fate. She padded over to a tree and collapsed underneath panting. It was too hot for the black pelted lioness.

A white lioness cub sighed and walked in the heat, her blue eyes watching the skies for any of the condors. She had already been pecked twice on the head and took swings at the birds, however only one time the swipe connected, and that one earned another peck. The cub looked out at the still blazing hot place. It seemed nice, but the heat was really making her think of going back to the elephant graveyard where it was always chilled and never hot. She didn't want to go back to scavenging, so she faced the fact that if this is what she had to do to keep her body in mildly good health, she needed fresh meat, not the rotten meat from elephants. She sat down and licked her hot paws a few times, trying to cool them before she began to walk again. She could feel the blisters a little, because the young cub was used to spending her awake time during night and where the ground was always much colder than this heat she was in now. Syra looked around as she began to walk again, taking in her surroundings as her stomach rumbled for food. She sighed and looked for any small rodents. Maybe a mouse can hold my stomach off for now... Of course, I don't have the speed to catch one right now, but i have to try.' she thought as she once again sat down. She looked at the sky, grimacing a little. 'I like the moon a lot better.'she thought with an inward sigh. Syra did not lie down, and her white fur kept her a bit cooler than the black lioness she had spotted earlier.

The moon had finally risen, Sauda could now walk and not be scorched. She had spotted a while lioness cub earlier that day, but due to exhaustion and lack of energy she hadn't found the cub to see why she was alone. So now she took the chance to go over to the cub. ''Young cub, why are you here alone?''she asked gently.

Syriah had been lying down under a tree resting, waiting until the sun finally went to hide behind the great circle called the moon. She looked up with her sapphire-blue eyes to the black lioness she had seen earlier, a glint of unsureness in her eyes. She listens as the lioness speaks gently to her, nodding slightly. "I'm alone because I just am, ma'am." she responded after thing for a moment. The young cub seemed sure that the lioness was safe, so she smiled up at her[the lioness].
"One day I just woke up. I remember nothing before that, so I dunno." she says quietly. Her small white fur had patches of dirt in it that she had licked out a little, but it was still easily seen she didn't get cleaned much. It was also clear that the cub didn't have anyone taking care of her, seeing as her small form was not very muscled at all. Her ears were dropped a little, but it was just from being in the earlier heat. Syriah tilted her head just slightly up at the lioness, smiling. Her baby-like fangs were still in.
[[It's okay. No worries!]]

Caliara Continued walking for around her 3rd day straight walking through the intence heat. Her thick back fur coat was absorbing alot of sunlight that just kept making the days more dreadful. She still had large clumps of dirt in her fur and around her face, she also had puncture wounds around her neck from where she was attacked from hyenas. Her mouth was dry and her body dehidrated and hadn't eaten for 2 days. she looked at the the two lions ahead of her and couldn't help but think that maybe they could help her.she wandered closer and pocked her head just a bit out of the tall grass to get a better look
