Pretty cool. i loved the movie ^^ I didnt get a glimpse of the monster too much though (which is the whole point, they want your imagination to run wild)

I thought it was great, especially the part where it screamed at the guys while they were running into the subway!

Big monster from god knows where ripping up New York. Filmed on a camera held by one of the main characters. Best thing was the lack of conventional (if any) story telling. All you know is that there's a monster and that the only thing on people's minds is to run. Unlike most films where the scenes will cut from the heroes running away, to the government discussing what to do, to the army fighting it and back again you only see what is on that camera. The viewer is no longer some invulnerable omnipresent force watching over everything, they are there, and it's a very personal relationship between viewer and film. That and the monster kicks ass and there's a load of explosions. VERY GOOD FILM!

I wanna see it lol. I heard some people got dizzy in the theatres because of the amateur video camera swishing around all the time LOL
