Hello, My name is KiarasMate and I'm a TLK and Kiaraholic. I have more TLK posters than I can fit on my wall. I have every actor/actress from TLK movies on my Tivo WishList. I own multiple copies of TLk with minor differences such as Special Edition and Originals. I own almost all the TLK soundtracks and have them on my iPod as well as PC just incase. I am a true TLK junky but I wouldn't have it any other way My love for Kiara is deeper than any ocean and she's my one and only lioness. I like Nala too but don't quite consider myself a Nalaholic cause I'm a social Nala lover lol and I can quit anytime I want! (maybe).

*raises paw, is called on, steps up to the podium, and clears his throat*
Hi, my name is Tyler and I think that I am a TLK-a-holic. I first saw the film in 1996 and was immediately hooked. I had the Simba and Nala plush dolls (the types w/ the magnets in the noses to make them kiss each other), which I was an idiot for throwing away, but when I moved to my current residence in 1999, I was bullied about alot of things, so I simply conceded that TLK was just for kids (blasphemy, I know). Then, just before Thanksgiving of 2006, I had a revelation: Why should I be afraid of anybody making fun of me for liking this kind of stuff??? The answer is nobody. So I went out, bought SP at a local FYE (they didn't have TLK 1) and have been writing fanfics and posting on these websites ever since April. The problem I have is: I'm still afraid to tell anybody.

(stands up and claps his paws at Simbakovu1992)
Well said Simbakovu1992. Glad to hear that you realized that TLK is for everyone and no one should ever make you feel otherwise! As for still being afraid of telling people about your love for TLK, I say, if you don't think they'll understand, don't even bother trying to explain to them. It takes someone with an open mind to truly understand what it means to be a TLK-A-Holic and not all people will be as understanding as those of us on here are! (because we're all in the same boat lol) but if you think they'll understand and accept you for who you are, which is a normal person in my opinion lol, then by all means, let them know! You never know when you'll run into another TLK-A-Holic and not even know it! ^^

Thanks, KiarasMate. And while I'm up here, I might as well mention that I'm on the verge of becoming an Oliver&Company-a-holic as well. *starts to step down from podium*

(Starts swaying tail and sings:) "Why should I worry, tell me, why should I care...." That's an awesome movie too! ^^ I loved it, and was really sad when they took it out of the theaters for soooo long lol. I watch it every time they play it though on Toon Disney so I get my fix every now and then (Gotta have that street sabwafare right?) ^^

*Scratches behind of his head*
Hello all, my name is Josh. I've been a good great fan of TLK since 1994 when it came out. My mother took me to the theaters the first time when it came out. My memory kinda vague on that memory but.. Ever since I watched it, I was hooked for about 3 years. Then, Around January of this year, I happen to see something TLK and I watched the movie when it was on TV again. It kinda clicked once more, I got so hooked into the film once again and I found these forums from CubbyKovu. My favorite character was always Simba, but the teen version. Hence, the name of my screen name. =)

Wow... Most of these TLK-a-holic stories are like the same as mine.
It all started when i was 3 or 4 when i saw the first movie in Theatres... and ever since then its been my favorite.. and then TLK2SP came out on vhs and i had to buy it.. Of course i was in love with the movie.. but i wasnt as obsessed with it as i am now till i think it was 2000, or maybe 1999... I was going through my movie collection and i was like.. Im gonna have a day of Disney.. so i grabbed my favorites and watched them (TLK movies, Aladdin, Fox and the Hound, Jungle book, Aristocats) and i just watched them all day... The day was over and i was like.. Im gonna watch The Lion King again.. and its never left my vcr since .. except for the days i had to go to my dads house for Visitation .. or on vacation.. and the day i Uploaded it to my computer.. But other than that.. its been in my VCR for what is it 7 or 8 years since that day..LOL and recently it was destroyed by my vcr =\ (recently meaning like.. 2-3 days ago) But Ehh.. Hakuna Matata, I ordered a whole bunch of TLK stuff from Amazon and eBay and they should be coming in the mail soon. (and in the meantime my friend Chels gave me her copy of TLK1)
XD

(stands up and claps his paws) Well done RK! Welcome to the family! May your TLK1 VHS tape R.I.P next to all of ours. ^^ (thinks we should have a cemetery dedicated solely for the deceased TLK VHS tapes)
