The playbill is the one they hand out to everyone for free when you enter the theatre. The keepsake book is the one with full color photos that they charge you like $20 for when you enter.

On Broadway, just about every musical gives you a free Playbill, which is the "program". It's paid for by advertisers.

Yay for merchandise! ;D All I have is the Broadway cast CD and my program (that and my ticket stub which I also kept). I should have bought a T-shirt but that was back a few years ago before I was really crazy about TLK...
