Storyline: Among other things, Tokyo city, Japan is home to North point University, as well as hundreds of other normal high schools in the Area. The kicker is that North Point is also very different than all other conventional high schools, offering both day and night school. It seems normal…. Until you figure out that Vampires heavily populate the night session! Several people know of the “problem”, including the headmaster, his 6 prefects (guardians, which are like student-police) and the night-staff, many who themselves are vampires.
It would be impossible to keep the secret, and so the other half of the night class is students who know and accept this fact— they are also voluntarily fed upon. They are sworn to keep this secret with their lives; many are vampire enthusiasts and supporters.
Conflict: The “bad guys” are a group of day-session students. They know they’re onto something fishy with the night session—the two sessions must always pass each-other at the dorm’s tram-station, taking them to the university. They realized that if they can prove the secret of vampires, they will be given lots of money, which they need to pay for their bad living habits. Because of their hell-raising, it has attracted the attention of vampire hunters world-wide as well. Still, through the centuries, Vampires have battled these hunters, still keeping the entire thing from the know of the public.
Notes/Rules for vampires:
Vampires are divided into 5 classes, and organize their entire society on a hierarchy based on blood lines. Vampires can have children among themselves and with humans, and they age, albeit at a much slower rate than humans. Vampires are nocturnal and they dislike sunlight, but exposure to it does not harm them. They are likewise immune to most of the traditional vampire weaknesses such as crosses, garlic, and holy water. They can also regenerate quickly and easily when wounded, therefore making them very hard to kill unless a weapon made especially for vampire hunting is used. The 5 classes are as follows:
Class A: These are the Purebloods - a very small but very powerful minority. Only a bite from a pureblood can change a human into a vampire. Pureblood siblings sometimes marry each other to keep the bloodline pure, which is not a rare practice.
Class B: They are referd to Noble vampires with advanced powers. The second highest ruling body and are also small.
Class C: These are by far the largest group. They are created by vampire/vampire or vampire/human couples birthing vampire children.
Class D: It consists of vampires who were once human; they are a small group, as turning humans into vampires is forbidden and only a handful of pureblood vampires would dare to.
Class E:[/b] Class E, is separated from the others because it is reserved for former human vampires who have become violently insane. Falling to Level E is considered the inevitable fate of all former human vampires, who can never completely accept their vampiric instincts and their need for blood. A Level D vampire can prevent itself from ever becoming a Level E if they drink the blood of the Pureblood that bit them, once. Level D or E vampires are left in the care of Level B vampires and purebloods, so they can keep them in check.
Notes:
This might seem uncannily familiar to those who read Vampire Knight; it is simply a TLK/Non-reader adapted version for ease of play and for those who’ve not read the Manga yet. I haven’t myself either, so we will not be following the storyline from the series, nor have any of the canon characters.

Vampire Hunters:
Cold, crisp, fresh autumn night air blew through the jet-black locks of hair on Yukimura’s hair, as the electric tram roared into the “station”, which was simply a flat-topped roof supported by maybe 5 steel beams, dressed in thousands of old fliers of events and things long passed. The air was filled with deafening screeches, as the rail-tires found purchase and labored to stop the transport. The doors hissed open; the Day session soon filed out, grateful for the release from school and anxious to be back in their dorms to do whatever it was they had to do. All of the regular faces Yukimura recognized from the Day session were present, except for one. “Hey, Ryu. Wake up!” Someone grunted, punching a sleeping upperclassman in the shoulder once lightly to get him to rise. He jolted awake, and unleashed a small flood of obscenities at the messenger, then got off last. “Hey! Watch it, Powder-face!” He snarled, deliberately bumping one of the pale, ghost-faced students waiting patiently to board the Tram. “You watch it, meat-head!” The student barked back, in an equally forceful tone.
People clumped around the possible fight-to-be, eager to see some bloodletting. A good fight was always an appreciated distraction from the daily grind, and this was no exception. “What did you say to me, you little white worm?!” The upperclassman demanded, in a tone that implied he was used to getting his way with things through intimidation. “You heard me, you slack-jawed halfwit troll!” The student (who looked like a nerd among nerds, oddly enough) spat, dropping his books and raising his knuckles in preparation for the coming fight. Surprised by such behavior from mistakenly easy prey, Ryu also tossed his things to the ground, further fueling the now violence-ravenous crowds of students’ jeers and calls ever more. “Oh boy, kid. You’re going to eat those words, along with most of your teeth!!” He yelled, about to throw the first punch.
“HALT.” A strong voice thundered. Everyone, including the two would-be gladiators, froze in their tracks. There was no mistaking the thunderous voice of the senior prefect’s mighty voice. A deathly lull fell over the crowd; Yukimura dropped a pencil in his state of anticipation, and it sounded like a tree falling. “All afternoon students, GET TO YOUR DORMS!!!” He yelled, furiously. Everyone, including Ryu (though monstrous in size, he was dwarfed by Kenji and had not again made the mistake of crossing him) gathered their belongings in a flash, and were at a half gallop on the winding roads that lead up to the dorm rooms for the Afternoon students.
“ALL EVENING STUDENTS, HIT THE TRAIN.” He yelled. “ANYONE CAUGHT FIGHTING WILL BE SENT TO SEE HEADMASTER SAMEJIMA AT ONCE!!” He yelled, as much to the rapidly disappearing day session students as the night session students, who obediently herded onto the empty tram without nary a sound at all, aside from shoes clomping on the steel floor. Kenji sighed. Another disastrous fight avoided, but it was already the 3rd time this week…. He worried. That “nerd” would’ve certainly won the fight, like they usually oddly did. People would begin to wonder why these supposedly scrawny nerds would be able to mop the floor with the jocks and hard knocks from the day session…..
Kenji, back in better spirits quickly, nearly kicked down a sliding door looking for Yukimura, whom he was sure he’d seen in the crowd moments before. “AHA!! Yukimura!” He proclaimed in a brotherly fashion, once he’d found him in one of the rear cars. “It’s been almost two days!!” He said, using a mighty hand to clap Yukimura’s back mightily, almost knocking his glasses clean off. They were sitting in a seat designed for 3 to ride abreast; Kenji took up 2 full ones alone.
