Already half done with the mountainous pile of food, Dom stopped temporarily and wiped his mouth. "It's delicious." He commented, sipping some of the strong wine. "Very delicious. The seafood here is quite palatable." He said. "And don't look now, the woman is going to the bathroom." He said suddenly, hissing it and burying his face in a napkin, that way they could not see it. She rose from her chair in a chrimson red gown the same as Jackie's, but was much older, sickly gaunt and thin, as well as being a smidgen taller.

Jackie glanced over at the woman, who, in fact, was not her mother but her father's sister [whose name eluded Jackie]. She didn't make eye contact or even look at the woman, rather, she pretended to be engaged in eating. After Aunt unknown passed, she looked up. "Thank heavens... That wasn't my mother, but it was one of my aunts... You can tell when my mother comes this way because she looks exactly like me, except she has green eyes." Jackie commented, sipping her wine nonchalantently.

Dom breath a sigh of relief, but continued eating more cautiously now that an alarm (however false) had been risen. "That was close. I've got an idea though. When she comes, I can tell you before she even gets up. When she DOES, all you've got to do is hunt for the "Fork" that you "Dropped" on accident." Dom said, now concentrating on being an early warning system for the both of them. "It's fast, easy, and effective. Or I could force pursuade them all to leave now, while you hunt for the spoon next to it..." Dom said, anxious for the obvious time bomb that ticked as they spoke to be diffused, or safely "Detonated".

Jackie nodded and smiled. "OK, sounds good. The hunt for the fork part, though. My mother's brain is kinda scrambled, a little force persuade might just blow a circuit in her oh-so-delicate mind." She whispered, trying unsuccessfully to supress a giggle. "And Dom, you have my full permission to send a cast-iron skillet flying at my dad's head if you need too." She purred, being 100% serious.

Dom laughed, and then rolled his eyes. "I will make use of that clearance, then." He said, returning to his food and sighing. "I do hope we book a resturant without the interference next time...." He said. After a while, he was done and had finished close to 6 glasses of the wine, much to the staff's suprise and awe. He silently contemplated Dom-ish things in his mind, as he waited for Jackie to finish her own meal.
